The U.S. embassy in Uganda was targeted for the biggest of the bomb attacks on U.S. installations. The one ton bomb never was delivered or exploded. The August 7 blasts killed 248 people in Nairobi, Kenya, and 11 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Why there? Maybe because U.S. Special Forces are in Uganda training and supervising Ugandan troops in the annihilation of all Sudanese backed rabble-rousers. Arrests of suspected "terrorists" in Uganda often involves U.S. "security personnel." As a top cop in Uganda admitted near the end of 1998: "I'm not aware that Americans are involved (in the arrests), though I'm aware of their presence in the country." For now terrorist acts are remarkably underreported or described as "grenade attacks." Don't believe it.
