There is supposed to be a $20 departure tax when the airport opens, but you should keep in mind that when the UN left, they needed heavy armor and hundreds of marines. The UN probably promised to mail in their $20 when Somalia gets a postal service to deliver it, a bank to cash it and a government to spend it.
