To be a Catholic nun in Rwanda not only takes a helluvalot of faith, but also-shall we say-a big set of rosary beads. In March 1998, Hutu rebs snatched two Spanish and five Rwandan nuns near Gisenyi. Two months earlier, six Rwandan Catholic nuns and three from the DRC were murdered by Hutu rebels, also in Gisenyi. Nuns here may want to rethink their "habits."
