Korea does have a business, a very good one at that. Build it at home rocket kits. Seems they will sell whatever bits you need to complete your own chemical, HE or nuclear missile program. (Instructions included, please read manufacturers warning label before operation.)
Pakistan's "Ghauri" and Iran's "Shahab-3" missile are GMC/Chevy-like copies of North Korean protoypes. Iran now can reach out at anyone from Sudan to India to most of Western Europe with its 1,250 mile range arsenal. Pakistan is supposed to have nukes that screw into the top of theirs. North Korea saves the best for home use. They can fire a missile that would hit anywhere in South East Asia, Russia or the caribou in Alaska. That's if they get the thing pointed just right.
