Never give North Koreans gifts of any nature, especially Western items, foreign currency or any currency. Although the individual might gracefully accept your generosity (most won't), you're setting that person up for trouble. Remember, you're a spy. Anyone you come into contact with will be assumed to be collaborating with your efforts to pass information and gather intelligence. Silly, but true.
