Kach was founded by the late Rabbi Meir Kahane and Kahane Chai (Kahane Lives) was founded by his son Binyamin Kahane. These groups are considered terrorist groups by the Israeli government. There are random incidents of far right-wing Israelis and external Jewish groups such as the Kahane Chai and Kach, as well as individuals, striking against Palestinians and moderate Jews. These groups present little danger to Americans.
