Uday's little brother. At the age of 33 he is now the second most important man in Iraq, after Dad of course. Qusay is responsible for the military, intelligence and security services in Iraq. These include organizations such as the Special Security Organization (SSO)-one of the most secretive organizations in Iraq-which is responsible for hiding Dad's nuclear weapons. Qusay and Uday are rivals, with a poisonous dislike of each other. Unlike Uday, Qusay is less a playboy than just plain old ruthless. Your average family man, Qusay also helps Dad with the annual prison purges and signs the execution warrants when Dad's a bit busy. Younger Qusay might be, but he has outdone older brother in everything. He is number two in the country and has three children. Uday has none and has been the laughing stock ever since he had his intestines reorganized.
