The GIA likes bombing youth centers and slicing the throats of pop singers and youth idols. The GIA believes that schooling for kids is an"obstacle to the Holy War in Algeria." Seventy-five percent of all Algerians are under 30, between 70 percent and 84 percent of whom are unemployed.
