A global study conducted by an international business group, Corporate Resources Group, rated Algiers the worst city in the world. The group based its findings on criteria such as quality of life, security, public services, mental and physical care and facilities, and political and social stability. They could have saved their money. Every night an average of 50 people are killed in the city of Algiers. There are also frequent bomb attacks in crowded public areas such as markets and mosques.
